RC™ QUARTZ CRYSTALS
The recently patented design of the RC™ crystal is insensitive to frequency shifts caused by source radiation or film stress. This is accomplished by adjusting the stress coefficients of the quartz plate using advanced fabrication methods.
STANDARD AT-CUT QUARTZ CRYSTALS
Colnatec manufactures and stocks replacement quartz crystals for most commercially available film thickness monitors. We off er the standard electrode coatings as well: gold/chromium, silver/chromium and aluminum (or “alloy”).
SUPERQUARTZ™ CRYSTALS
SuperQuartz™ crystals can be used in place of standard AT-cut quartz in all commercially available film thickness monitors and controllers, but given their sensitivity and expense, we recommend them specifically for environments where quartz can no longer operate.
HT™ (HIGH TEMPERATURE) CRYSTALS
HT™ crystals can be used in place of standard AT-cut quartz in all commercially available film thickness monitors and controllers, but they are specifically designed and cut for Colnatec high temperature, regenerative sensor heads.
